We host our Jackson County Ole Time Festival each year at the Jackson County multipurpose arena, this is a completely covered facility with restrooms, concession stand, and horse stalls. Future plans include additional parking and recreational vehicle facilities. The parking lots are mostly paved with easy access.
The 2008 event was a huge success. The Bull riding and "Mutton Bustin" were fantastic...and as always the "Gold Rush" was super. It is our goal each year to bring to Vancleave and surrounding communities an event that the entire family may enjoy. We return all proceeds of this event back into the following years' Festival. With continued success we hope to bring many worthwhile and quality events and entertainment each year. This is only attained by the support of all the sponsors of the Festival.
