Craft Vendors: (Food Vendors handled separately)
Date of Festival: March 26th and 27th, 2010
This is our ninth annual Ole Time Festival and Mule Pull in Vancleave, and it keeps growing. Our vendors help to make our Festival a success. We are looking forward to another great festival this year. We are trying to get started a little earlier this year and head off the last minute rush. Please contact us either at our email address or by phone.
Vendors' money received first will have option to be under cover. Others will be outside. No tents allowed under cover this year.
Cost for 12x12 booth: $50.00 for Friday and Saturday. Add $10.00 for electricity.
- All Vendors fees must be received by March 1, 2010. If payment has not been received by this time we will assume you will not be coming, and pick up someone from our waiting list.
Note to all Hand Made vendors:
If you are a Hand Made craft vendor...there will not be a charge for you space this year, but items must be Hand Made items.
Friday will be a field day for schools and open craft day. Friday and Saturday night the scheduled event is a Rodeo. We look for this to pull a good crowd.
